Privacy Policy
Last Exit Motel · Last updated: November 3, 2026
The game is not out yet. This policy describes the version we are testing, and we will update it before release if anything changes.
At a glance
- There is no account to create. The game makes a random player ID and keeps your saved game on your device and on our server.
- The game does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Ads are rewarded ads you choose to watch, from Google AdMob. To show them, Google collects information such as your IP address and device identifiers.
- The game has no purchases today, and no analytics or crash-reporting tools of our own.
- You can ask us to delete your data by email.
1. Who we are
Last Exit Motel (“the game”) is developed and published by Innomote LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@innomote.com.
2. What is kept on our server
When your device is online, the game sends these to our server automatically so your game is saved and the game can run:
- Player ID: a random ID made the first time you play, when it was made and last used, and the sign-in tokens that go with it. On the server, the long-lived token is kept only as a hash.
- Saved game: the name you give the heroine, coins, gems and their history, energy, story choices, chapters finished, repairs and room styles, items found, and game settings. Those settings include whether the energy notice is on and when notices were planned.
- Progress records: when you finished each chapter, and which days you saved. We use these to decide when to release new chapters.
- Ad reward records: when Google confirms that an ad was watched: the player ID, ad unit, ad network, reward, transaction ID and time.
- Fairness notes: a note on your saved game if its coins, gems or energy don’t add up. We use these to look into cheating and bugs. A note doesn’t block your game.
Our server needs your IP address to answer the game’s requests, as any internet service does. Our code doesn’t store it.
3. What stays on your device
Your saved game, your sign-in tokens (in the device’s secure storage, where on iPhone and iPad they can outlast deleting the game) and your answer to the ad consent form. Your device’s own backup (iCloud, a computer, or your Google account) may include the saved game. Those backups are managed by you and by Apple or Google, and we cannot access them.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows rewarded ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. An ad is offered only when you are out of energy, and plays only if you choose to watch it. To show ads, measure them, and prevent fraud, Google collects information directly from your device, such as:
- your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location;
- device identifiers: on Android, the advertising ID and app set ID; on iPhone and iPad, identifiers limited to an app or developer;
- the ads you see, and app interactions such as launches, taps and video views;
- diagnostic information, such as app performance and crash data.
Google uses this information under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
So that Google can confirm a watched ad to our server, we give Google your random player ID and a label naming which of our servers the game uses. We receive that confirmation and summary reports from Google. We don’t receive your advertising ID.
Consent. Each time the game starts, before it asks for any ad, it runs Google’s consent tool. Where the law requires consent, Google’s form appears first.
Tracking. On iPhone and iPad the game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites, so the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to the game or to Google.
5. Notifications
The “Energy full” notice is a local notification: your device schedules it, and we don’t send it. It comes only if you allow it, at most twice a day, and you can turn it off in the game’s Settings or in your device settings. There is no push service and no push token.
6. Optional sign-in (not available yet)
We are building optional sign-in with Game Center and Google Play Games, so you can continue on a new device of the same platform. It will never be required to play. If you choose it, Apple or Google confirms your game account to our server, and we keep only a one-way hash of that account’s ID, linked to your player ID. We don’t ask them for your name or email.
7. What we don’t collect
The game does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. It has no purchases today, and no analytics or crash-reporting tools of our own. If you allow sharing with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may give us crash reports and statistics that they collect under their own policies. We use them only to fix problems. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
8. How we use the information
To save your game and bring it back, run the game, show ads and confirm rewards, decide when to release chapters, look into cheating and bugs, restore from backup if something fails, and answer you. We don’t sell your saved game or your player ID.
9. Who receives it
- Google, for ads, as described in section 4.
- Our hosting provider, which runs our server and stores our data and backups on our behalf.
- Apple and Google, for the optional sign-in in section 6, once it is available.
We share only what these uses need. We rely on these companies’ published privacy and data-protection terms to protect the data to the standard in this policy. We also keep a backup copy on storage we run ourselves.
10. How we protect it
The game talks to our server over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access tokens last minutes and long-lived tokens work once. Our operator console needs a login with two-step verification, and its use is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if you find a problem, please write to us.
11. How long we keep it
- Player ID, saved game, chapter records and ad reward records: until you ask us to delete them or we close the game.
- Records of which days you saved: 30 days.
- Backups: our server data is backed up daily. Backups are removed automatically as they age: daily copies within about 30 days, weekly copies within about 12 weeks, monthly copies within about 12 months; our off-site storage can keep older versions of a file for longer. Data you ask us to delete stays in existing backups until they are removed.
- Advertising data: Google keeps it under its own policies.
- Emails to us: only as long as we need them to help you and to keep basic business records.
12. Deleting your data
Saving to our server is part of how the game works, and there is no switch to turn it off. To have your data deleted, email support@innomote.com. There is no delete button in the game. See Delete my data for what to include and what we delete. Deleting the game removes the saved game from your device but not the copy on our server.
13. Your choices and rights
- Ad consent: deleting and reinstalling the game normally clears your answer, so the game asks again. There is no setting for this in the game today.
- Ad identifiers: on Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. You can manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
- Notifications: turn them off in the game’s Settings or in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To ask, write to us.
14. Children
The game is meant for players 13 and older and is rated 13+ on the App Store. It is not directed at children under 13. It doesn’t ask anyone’s age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads are limited to content rated up to Teen. If you believe a child under 13 has played, write to us and we will delete that data.
15. This website
This website has no forms, analytics or cookies of our own. Our hosting provider handles requests to it and may log IP addresses, as web hosts do.
16. Changes
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and its date before the change is released.
